The manufacturer says that the gel has a passionfruit flavour, which we struggled to make out, although the gel doesn’t taste unpleasant.

You have had an allergic reaction to benzocaine or any of the ingredients in the gel particularly sorbic acid. An allergic reaction may include a rash, stinging, swelling or itching. skin reactions such as redness, itching and irritation – try using smaller amounts or stop using it completely. Avoid clothes that irritate your skin, such as wool or manmade fabrics.
