About this deal

Further info about witchy herb gardening can be found in Rosemary Gladstar’s book. Her book is extremely useful – even if you don’t know anything about growing herbs or using them yet. A witch’s garden need not only be filled with plants. It can also be filled with art. Meaningful art. The kind of art that you can take away with you to your next home (after all, many witches may be renting, rather than living in some nominal forever home). It’s nice to have statues in your witchy garden. I like statues made from wood, stone or dark unglossy metal.

Isn’t there a saying that God helps those who help themselves. He has given us multitudes of tools to assist in our lives, right here in the nature & world we live in. Use them! Use the moon to aid in growing your plants, crystals/gems, use the plants to aid in the health of your own life. Stop being so daft and doing only as your human pastor tells you from the rewritten Holy Book translated by greedy and self promoting men of ancient past.

Choosing plants that are bee and butterfly friendly for your witch’s garden

While each film in the series focuses on a different occurrence, Cassie is essentially at the heart of them all, and the main characters stay the same. Part of my work here is trying to let the house breathe on the inside. How to keep it cool in hot weather, andthat means trees for shade. Today we keep trees away from the house to prevent damage in case they fall. Butthat forces us to rely on air conditioning. For me, having the windows closed feels suffocating, isolating. I’drather sweat a bit and hear the sound of the birds outside the windows.

Seeing Cassie’s family growing closer than ever will also make you want to get closer to your family by watching family movies this weekend as well. Many people like to plant and garden by the phases of the moon; even the Farmer’s Almanac recommends it https://www.almanac.com/astronomy/moon/calendar. This is a really lovely way to maintain a witch’s garden. In my book, Witches’ Brews—Teas, Sauces & Other Potions: Old World Lore & Recipes from Hearth & Hedge, I share a ritual and other ways to discover who your plant allies are. JAKE: Well, I'm glad you learned your lesson: that in a crunch, there's nothin' I wouldn't do for ya.Edible flowers are also such a pleasure to grow in your witch garden. These beauties are a feast for the eyes as well as the soul.
